Chris Brown has debuted a shocking new tattoo on his neck — and it has fans and critics at a loss for words.
The black-and-white ink depicts a woman’s partially disfigured face, with many even likening the image to the disturbing photo of Rihanna’s battered face taken in 2009 after Brown violently assaulted her.
However, Brown’s camp denies that the new tat has any affiliation with his ex-girlfriend. Sources told TMZ the tattoo is not meant to portray Rihanna, but “a random woman.”

Nevertheless, the image — unintentionally or not — harks back to that fateful night in 2009 when Brown’s physical assault left Rihanna hospitalized with bruises and lacerations on her face.
