Chris Brown’s Breakup With Karrueche Tran: ‘She Realized It’s Not Good to Be Around So Many Problems,’ Says Uncle (EXCLUSIVE)

 

Chris Brown announced Thursday that he’s split from girlfriend Karrueche Tran, but her family members say they knew the couple was never meant to be.
“He’s famous, he hit another girl…I didn’t think it would last,” says Hiep Tran, who identified himself as one of Karrueche’s uncles.
“She’s strong and she moves on. She probably just realized it’s not a good idea to be around a famous person and so many problems.”
But what’s the real reason behind the breakup?
The timing of the split is noteworthy: Brown has been spotted with ex-girlfriend Rihanna several times this week in NYC. In fact, as Celebuzz exclusively reported, the two were seen dancing and kissing at hotspot Griffin on Monday.
Hiep called the apparently rekindled romance “bizarre”; plenty of others agree. In 2009, 23-year-old Brown assaulted Rihanna after an argument, leaving her with visible facial injuries that required hospitalization. Brown was eventually convicted of felony assault charges.
